*Please note that a full refund is available only until March 05th 2025, with payment gateway charges deductible for all refunds.
For any cancellations after that date, please contact the ticketing support team – JK@ 0896053839. Refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s cancellation policy.

Refund Policy for Event

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth and fair process, here is our refund policy for event tickets:

Ticket Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
● Event cancellation: If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund, including any service fees.
● Event date or venue change: If the event date or venue changes and you are unable to attend, you can request a refund.
● Personal reasons: Refunds for personal reasons, such as a change in plans, are subject to our refund policy terms (outlined below).

Refund Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted by 05th March, 2025 EOD. After this deadline, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:

● To request a refund, please get in touch with our ticketing support team – JK@ 0896053839.
● Provide your ticket order details, including the order number.
● Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
● Our team will review your request and respond within two business days.
● If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refund Policy Terms:

● Booking fees are non-refundable unless the organising team cancels the event tickets due to unforeseen circumstances.
● If your refund request is submitted no later than 05th March, 2025 EOD ,you will receive a full refund, less any booking fees.
● If your refund request is due to personal reasons, we will assess and process a refund after deducting booking fees and an additional fee to cover any losses incurred.

Event Cancellation: In the rare event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding refund options and procedures.
